Wed. December 16, 2009 at 07:45 PM
The AFCA (Arizona Fire Chief's Association) and 1-800 Board Up presented a check to The 100 Club today for $2637.00!! This annual Holiday Heroes event was able to raise over $233,000 for The 100 Club. Special thanks to Gambo and Ash, and Sports KTAR for holding this all-day radio telethon. Our portion of the donation was raised during the 2nd Annual 5k Run in October, an Arizona Fire Chief's Association event. 1-800 BoardUp representatives were happy to donate the funds raised at this event to The 100 Club - a charity organization that helps the families of fallen firefighters and police officers.
