Water Damage Precautions
Thu. June 25, 2009 at 12:25 PM
Hello! With all the homes on the market right now be sure if you have one that you take precautions so this does not happen to you: Arizona’s water is very hard, and water heaters can let go at any moment! If you are a real estate broker or an agent, make sure the water is turned off if a house is going to sit vacant for a period of time. With the warm temperatures right now, mold and mildew is just waiting for a chance to strike. If the property did not sell when it was dry, how much more difficult will it be when it’s wet and musty? As the old story goes - an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Good luck with your home sales and keep them dry… Thank you, Michael J Schwartz Sr., WTR, FDR, ASD

Crawford Contractor Conference 2009
Sun. June 7, 2009 at 09:22 AM
Today I arrived in Las Vegas for a conference of over 3000 restoration contractors throughout the country. The guest keynote speaker is Brian Holloway. He was the front lineman for the New England Patriots during their 1985 Super Bowl appearance with “The Bears”. Great speaker!!! Lots to take home. We received notice that we have been listed in the top 10 list of over 185 contractors in our district for superior performance in our industry. This achievement was for both our mitigation and structure services. Our thanks go to our Project Managers, Stewart Shaver and Michael Schwartz, Sr. and their Project Coordinators, Donna Dailey and Jamie Shahan. Great job. Congratulations. -Lyle
