Our Business Development Team

Arizona Fire & Water Restoration, Inc. has a dedicated Marketing and Business Development Staff. Our Marketing Team has extensive experience in business development, as well as a thorough understanding of the Restoration Industry. They believe in our company's values and ethics, which makes marketing the company so much easier! Apart from general business development, our marketing staff participates heavily in charitable events, association meetings, business seminars, industry conventions and scores of other areas of interest.

 Shawn Marie Ward - Business Development Director                               
Shawn has been in sales and marketing for over 20 years. Shawn serves on numerous association committees and is co-chair of the Government Affairs Committee with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). She is also on the Board of Directors at the YMCA of Ahwatukee and is Vice-President of Marketing for the Scottsdale Express Network of the American Business Woman's Association. Shawn is an active volunteer with UMOM, and her volunteerism was recently recognized by being awarded the 2008 Spirit Award. Shawn has lived here in the valley for 3 1/2 years and is originally from Orange County, California.



  Nate Roberts - Business Development Specialist   
 

Nate has been in sales and marketing for over 10 years. Nate is focused on business development, but also dedicates his time to numerous charitable organizations. Marketing efforts with local fire departments have led him to his involvement with The 100 Club, National Fallen Firefighters Foundation and The Foundation for Burns and Traumas. He also donates his time to serve his community by volunteering with the American Red Cross. Aside from charity entities, Nate also works diligently with multiple trade associations across the valley. He serves on committees with the Valley Hotels and Resorts Association (VHRA), and The Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM). Nate has lived in Phoenix for 25 years and is originally from St. Joseph, Missouri.
