"I wanted to make certain that I get in my “two cents” before my “job” becomes a very distant memory for all of you - (I know I'm only one in a very long list of other property owners that you deal with).

Having worked with all of you, I have realized there is an incredibly wonderful crew residing within Arizona Fire and Water!  Each person that I have had dealings with has been sincere, sympathetic, understanding and caring! I am extremely appreciative of the patience extended and the time and energies expended on my behalf.

I most definitely want to say that Josh has been exemplary and is an outstanding representative of Arizona Fire and Water! He is incredibly conscientious, diligent, well-mannered and very professional. His on-site work areas have always been extremely tidy, neat and clean. He “sees” beyond the scope of the task at hand and appears to always be prepared for unseen obstacles. He is very impressive to say the least.

Dustin, Nicole, Troy and Jessica have extended their talents, abilities, time and energy to facilitate completion of the job. Again, their patience has been exemplary and noteworthy!

And of great note is the attitude, carriage and demeanor of Oscar, the young man who did the stucco texture and tile roofing repairs.  Once again, Arizona Fire & Water marches to the forefront of having exceptional employees!

I know there are others whose names I did not get but please understand that each and every person involved in my home repairs has left footprints in my memory banks!

I will hoist the banner of Arizona Fire & Water by proudly promoting the company to anyone and everyone seeking home repairs or just renewed faith in “humanness!!”
