September 11th: This week included many exciting events. One was another repeat performance from one of our customers who contacted her USAA adjuster to tell her how happy she was with our company. The adjuster sent us an email that included this statement - “You guys were Awesome! They stated you have excellent communication, excellent work and promptness. They stated your work is Amazing! Great Job!! The other exciting event was our participation in a 1-800 fund raiser event. We co-opted this event with Kowalski Construction and Felton-Atrum. It was a success. -Lyle read full post »

This week was topped off by a call from one of our customers to tell me how pleased she was with one of our remediation techs. She was self employed and understood how nice it is to receive positive reports from a customer. She said our staff member was very helpful, informative and patient with her. -Lyle read full post »

Today we received the “Super Bowl” trophy for our industry – “Contractor of the Year” for our district!!!  We also received a “Super Bowl XX”  football signed by Brian Holloway. Fun!!! -Lyle read full post »

Today I arrived in Las Vegas for a conference of over 3000 restoration contractors throughout the country. The guest keynote speaker is Brian Holloway. He was the front lineman for the New England Patriots during their 1985 Super Bowl appearance with “The Bears”. Great speaker!!! Lots to take home. We received notice that we have been listed in the top 10 list of over 185 contractors in our district for superior performance in our industry. This achievement was for both our mitigation and structure services. Our thanks go to our Project Managers, Stewart Shaver and Michael Schwartz, Sr. and their Project Coordinators, Donna Dailey and Jamie Shahan. Great job. Congratulations. -Lyle read full post »

Today we learned we have been nominated to possibly receive the Contractor of the Year award from one of the leading third party provider of services in the country. Today Barbara and I are in Ohio at a Business Networks meeting. We are spending several days evaluating Carrerra Restoration based in Akron, Ohio. This is a beautiful area. Barbara and I spent several days sight seeing. We enjoyed the Amish area South of Akron to be very inviting and pleasant. We ate dinner one night at Der Deutsch. A restaurant that serves home made food from scratch. Worth the trip. Our Big50 award arrived in the mail. Looks great!!! Great achievement! -Lyle   read full post »

Hello everyone. This has been an exciting month for us at Arizona Fire & Water Restoration. We learned we have been selected by the Remodeling magazine to be inducted into “Big50” hall of fame. This award is based on business practices and company financial strengths. This year the Remodeling magazine has added a new standard to the measuring stick used to select the 50 best contractors.
