For the past 4 days, we have been in Detroit, Michigan for the Annual IMACC Conference. IMACC is the nation’s largest network of independent restoration contractors, all carefully selected based on their verified reputations as highly qualified, ethical quality leaders in the community.

This year's conference is all about developing the skills and leadership strategies that deliver customer praise, adjuster and agency support, and increase sales and profitability. The mayor of Detroit stopped by to speak with the group, and the entire event was a great success.
