AZFW WINS THE ETHICS AWARD!!
Fri. May 18, 2012 at 11:15 AM
ARIZONA FIRE & WATER RESTORATION HAS WON THE 2012 BBB ETHICS AWARD!!! For the last 3 years, AzFW has been selected as a Finalist for this prestigious award. Last night at the Biltmore Resort, emcee Pat McMahon made the official announcement that AzFW were the Ethics Award Winners! Ethical practices are the number one core value at Arizona Fire & Water. Simply put, and quoted directly from our official core values: "We will demonstrate honesty, integrity, and respect." We've demonstrated that our company cherishes integrity and ethical practices, and we've set the bar on ethics - challenging our competition in the restoration industry to set new standards for themselves. We hope that in the long-run, our industry will take a queue from this accomplishment and together we will all take the restoration industry to new levels. We're humbled by this honor and we will work very hard to live up to the ethical standards in our profession. Special thanks to the Better Business Bureau for recognizing our efforts and supporting Arizona business.

Our company's Marketing Director, Nate Roberts, helped to organize the event from his participation with the AACM's Community Outreach Committee. Sunshine Acres was this year's annual project, and it was a total success! Hundreds of people showed up to clean houses, do landscaping work, paint some buildings and even install new roofs! Arizona Fire & Water Restoration, Inc. cleaned 2 different houses, the chapel, put a new roof on the storage shed and also put a new roof on a modular home. It was a day of fun with a great BBQ afterwards - and all the kids were invited. Our company is dedicated to community outreach projects and charity organizations all over Arizona. We were proud to help, and we look forward to the next event. Since 1954, Sunshine Acres has...

Testimonial
Wed. June 1, 2011 at 04:15 AM
We received a wonderful testimonial from a recent customer last week! Check it out... "I wanted to make certain that I get in my “two cents” before my “job” becomes a very distant memory for all of you - (I know I'm only one in a very long list of other property owners that you deal with). Having worked with all of you, I have realized there is an incredibly wonderful crew residing within Arizona Fire and Water! Each person that I have had dealings with has been sincere, sympathetic, understanding and caring! I am extremely appreciative of the patience extended and the time and energies expended on my behalf. I most definitely want to say that Josh has been exemplary and is an outstanding representative of Arizona Fire and Water! He is incredibly conscientious, diligent, well-mannered and very professional. His on-site work areas have always been extremely tidy, neat and clean. He “sees” beyond the scope of the task at hand...
